The PERFECT Fourth of July Recipe

Here is an EASY, DELICIOUS & NUTRIENT-DENSE RECIPE that will wow everyone!



6 cups assorted fruit, sliced (berries/stone fruits are ideal & in-season ๐Ÿ˜‰)

2 โ…” cups frozen yogurt

2 tbsp honey (optional) ๐Ÿฏ

2 tbsp boiling water (optional) ๐Ÿ’ง

10 large hulled strawberries (optional) ๐Ÿ“

Fresh mint, for garnish ๐ŸŒฑ


1๏ธโƒฃ (This step is optional) Combine the ๐Ÿฏ and boiling ๐Ÿ’งin a liquid measuring cup, stirring until the honey has dissolved. Pour into a blender, then add the hulled ๐Ÿ“; puree until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a container, pressing the puree through with a spoon. Discard the solids; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

2๏ธโƒฃ Thread fruit on skewers.๐Ÿก Grill kabobs, 2 minutes on each side, at 375-400 degrees.

3๏ธโƒฃ Remove from the grill.

4๏ธโƒฃ To serve, spoon about 1/2 cup of fruit into each small bowl or parfait glass. Top each portion with a 1/3-cup scoop of the frozen yogurt, then drizzle with the chilled strawberry sauce. Garnish with ๐ŸŒฑ; serve right away.

Total time: 15 minutes (makes 8 servings).
