Christina has a real-world, real food approach from her broad professional experiences in employee wellness, higher education, sports/fitness industry, medical nutrition, health and wellness food strategy, and communications.

Her favorite part of working with clients is witnessing the power of health changes in relieving symptoms like pain, mood instability, foggy thinking, insomnia, and gut health problems and replaced by increased energy, stamina, mental and physical performance, and a new-found appreciation for nourishing food.

Her favorite part of working with organizations is seeing how the transformation of health goes beyond the company or sports team she is working with. Each new health behavior achieved is shared back into families and communities to broaden the benefit.

Not only a lifelong nutrition nerd (aka registered dietitian), Christina is committed to the mind-body connection of wellness and leads yoga classes as a registered yoga teacher.

Jenna Stangland

At your first encounter, you'll pick up on Jenna's contagious energy,
the wealth of knowledge, and unrivaled investment in helping
others succeed.  As the Co-Founder of A4 Health, her personality certainly matches the company philosophy Fueling Fun Lives.

Jenna is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor of science degree in genetics and cell biology, and a minor in leadership. Jenna went on to obtain her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition with
an emphasis on sports nutrition from Ohio State University. During her graduate studies, she worked under the Director of Sports Nutrition to consult with collegiate and recreational runners on enhancing iron absorption through food and improving bone health through nutrition strategies. Additionally, she worked in the medical center on pharmacology research for muscular dystrophy which broadened her knowledge base of how molecular compounds can directly impact muscle breakdown and repair.  Her passion for medical science and research is apparent in her presentation of nutrition information -
sharing with individuals how the biochemistry of the human body interacts at the molecular level with the food it is exposed to.

Jenna has experience working for food-based performance nutrition companies across the country to educate on the role of food to enhance healing and performance. Jenna is Board Certified in Sports Dietetics and her work includes building the first-ever nutrition program for the largest physician-owned orthopedic company in the nation. She has been involved with additional sports nutrition consulting work including:
CCM hockey camps for elite and youth hockey athletes around the nation, multiple D3 collegiate hockey programs, Minnesota Dance Medicine Foundation and National Athletic Trainer’s Association (NATA).  She now works as the Team Dietitian for the Minnesota Timberwolves, the sports dietitian for Macalester College and Director of Nutrition for the Minnesota Wild organization. She speaks nationally with sports medicine providers, sports dietitians, coaches, parents and athletes. Jenna strongly believes that through manipulating the diet and nutrient timing, individuals will reach peak performance levels and meet their goals.
