Homemade Chocolate Frosty
Updated: Apr 1
Thick chocolate shakes hit the sweet treat reward button but lack nutrient density in micronutrients and protein. My favorite plant-based smoothie mix is Realm. I especially love the Bold Cocoa Smoothie mix. It’s completely real food ingredients, with nothing artificial, 18 grams of protein, and a good source of fiber and micronutrients. I typically make it as a regular smoothie but knowing its great creamy texture I thought about turning it into a nutrient-dense chocolate frosty! The result…the sweet spot of taste and nutrition.
